After two decades of special interests giving more power to the insurance industry and eliminating important legal rights and protections for Texas consumers, Texans for Insurance Reform will support candidates who will work to pass initiatives aimed at stabilizing the scales of justice and restoring critical safeguards for Texas families.

The multi-million dollar insurance industry lobby holds far too much influence over elected politicians in the Texas Capitol. The insurance industry lobby has effectively escaped accountability and blocked the true reforms needed to bring fairness and stability to the insurance and consumer marketplace.

Texans for Insurance Reform will work to restore balance and reason to the insurance market place. Through information and expertise, Texans for Insurance Reform PAC will offer alternatives to candidates to help resolve the insurance crisis gripping Texas; restore policyholder protections and hold the insurance industry accountable for their actions and behavior.
